About

Craig Dangar is a force to be reckoned with. Serving as principal consultant of C&D Restructure and Taxation Advisory, he has been working in the industry since 1999. In 2015 he established C&D Commercial Partners in 2015 as the precursor to the current business.

Before the company was known as C&D Restructure and Taxation Advisory, Craig Dangar founded Craig Dangar Consulting in 2011, and in 2014 it became C&D Commerical Partners. The team behind C&D has expanded from an initial sole trader to a regular team of five, even growing to as many as ten when circumstances demand — a testament to the growing nature of C&D. Since its inception, Craig has expanded C&D from core tax advisory to also assisting small to medium enterprises, helping to understand and accomplish their restructuring needs.

Craig Dangar holds advisory roles in logistics, accounting firms and legal practices, and human resources and training. He also holds four Bachelor degrees in Arts, Business Taxation and Law. But Craig wasn’t quite done with his formal education – even after all of that – and so he went on to earn three Master degrees in Taxation, Dispute Resolution and Financial Planning. Currently, Craig is completing his Masters in Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Craig Dangar brings an insight of excellence into the industry of taxation and restructuring. He thrives on working closely with business owners and is comfortable and willing to take a hands-on approach to strategic leadership when needed. Solutions and results driven, Craig’s ability to understand, relay, and fix difficult financial concepts is evident throughout the entire team of C&D, something that shows through in the business’s ability find solutions in the areas so many often overlook.

Craig Dangar is also a prolific writer with an extensive amount of knowledge in the taxation industry. His blog at C&D is widely-recognized as one of the chief hubs of information in the sector and as an excellent resource for those looking to further their skills and insight.
